- Why does salt math need olive weight?
- Water volume and salt grams follow target salinity for the fruit you actually weighed—honest Greek-style brine, not a fixed kitchen cup.
- Can I compare before I plant or shop?
- Yes. Two-cultivar compare shows size, color stages, harvest months, typical brine %, flesh-to-pit, and best table use side by side.
